Rebecca Fant, MSN, FNPC

Family Nurse Practioner Certified

Rebecca Fant graduated with her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practioner from West Texas A&M University in 2000. Rebecca has practiced in family practice, OB/GYN, and general surgery. Her focus turned to aesthetic medicine in 2012 and she joined our team at Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in 2015. Rebecca's areas of practice include facial rejuvenation and skincare, non-invasive body contouring, and hormone replacement therapy. 

Rebecca currently offers, BOTOX®, Dysport®, JUVÉDERM®, Restylane®, SculpSure®, BioTE®, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) / broadband light therapy (BBL), laser hair removal, micro-needling, and personalized skincare consultations. She is also a certified ZO specialist and can answer any questions you have when it comes to your ZO skincare regimen.

Rebecca has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 25 years and has two wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, baking, reading, and traveling. Rebecca's attention to detail is unmatched and a perfect fit for our team at Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery. 

Linda Hodel, Ph.D

Executive Director

Linda S. Hodel earned her Ph.D. in Clinical and Industrial & Organizational Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington. Linda also holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Human Resources. Linda leads our team into a standard of excellence daily by enforcing our four core values at every level: Beauty, Health, Innovation, and Integrity. Her favorite value, which is our foundation, is integrity. 

Prior to joining Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery, Linda owned and operated her own business which specialized in Strategic Management, New Business, Mergers & Acquisitions, Reorganization, Accounting & Human Resources. In the past, Linda has held positions titles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. She has also sat on organizational boards, such as Child Protective Services, Court Appointed Special Advocates and Women's Protective Services. 

Linda is a mother to two wonderful sons and enjoys making memories with her seven grandchildren. When Linda is not supporting our entire team, she loves to travel and spend recreational time outdoors with her friends and family. Linda's dedication to efficiency and care has made her an invaluable member of our team at Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery.
