Brow Lift
Cosmetic surgery patients who wish to rejuvenate their facial features can seek browlift surgery to eliminate fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging near the forehead. This comprehensive procedure is less invasive than a facelift but can produce noticeable natural-looking results. Our practice has achieved stunning results for patients who are unhappy with signs of aging on the face.
Also known as a forehead lift, a brow lift can:
- Minimize creases that develop across the forehead
- Minimize creases that occur high on the bridge of the nose
- Improve what is commonly referred to as frown lines
- Reposition a low or sagging brow

Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)
Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, improves the appearance of the upper and lower eyelids, or both. It gives a rejuvenated appearance to the surrounding area of your eyes, making you look more rested and alert.
Here are some ways an eyelid lift can help you:
- Removes excess fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the upper eyelids
- Treats loose or sagging skin that creates folds or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid, sometimes impairing vision
- Removes excess skin and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid
- Treats bags under the eyes
- Corrects droopiness of the lower eyelids, which can show white below the iris (colored portion of the eye)
- The incision lines for eyelid surgery are designed for scars to be well concealed within the natural structures of the eyelid region

Ear Procedures
Ear Reconstruction
Many patients at Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery seek help for ears that have been damaged due to trauma to the ear. Dr. Arledge can also repair stretched earlobes that are the result of wearing heavy, dangling earrings. Earlobe repair and/or reduction procedures are typically not long or painful, and they often have short recovery periods.
Ear Pinning (Otoplasty)
Patients often comment that they’ve gained significant emotional and psychological benefits after having ear pinning surgery, also known as otoplasty. If you or a loved one has suffered ridicule because of large or protruding ears, then Dr. Arledge may be able to help. This common, outpatient procedure removes some cartilage under local anesthesia in order to bring the ears closer to the head. Ear pinning can be an option for ears that protrude more than two centimeters from the back of the head, and it must be performed when the ear has finished growing. Usually, patients in their late teens or older are the best candidates for otoplasty.
To learn more about ear pinning surgery, as well as other ear repair surgeries, Call (806) 788-5598 or use our online form to meet with Dr. Arledge; she will take the time to answer any questions you may have and will work together with you to determine the type of ear procedure is appropriate for your unique situation.
Non-Surgical Procedures
Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery provides a variety of alternative non-surgical options. For those who have already undergone a facelift or rhinoplasty, these treatment options can also help enhance or maintain the aesthetic benefits of your surgery.
Fillers – Over time, the volume in our skin depletes. Our bodies slow production of things such as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, and this is what eventually gives skin a thin, sagging look. There are several types of dermal fillers that can help to counteract this effect by restoring volume to areas of the face that lack fullness, either due to the aging process or an inherent lack of volume. Dermal fillers can be used to fill in wrinkles or to enhance certain facial features such as the lips. Arledge Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery offers a variety of dermal filler options to help the skin look plump and youthful. Your face is unique, therefore your treatment should be as well. We offer the following filler brand collection:
- Juvéderm® VOLUMA XC™, VOLLURE XC™, Ultra Plus XC™, Ultra XC™, VOLBELLA XC™
- Restylane® Lyft™, Contour™, Defyne™, Refyne™, Restylane-L™, Kysse™
Fat Transfer – Sometimes patients want to avoid foreign material and achieve potentially longer-lasting results. Fat transfer is an option for these patients, though technically it is a surgical procedure. A patient’s own fat is taken from one part of the body and moved to another, such as cheeks, lips, chin, etc. The latest studies show that fat is rich in stem cells and when relocated to different places in the body, can offer permanent, natural-looking rejuvenation.
- KYBELLA® is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile. The KYBELLA® treatment uses a synthetic form of a naturally occurring molecule in your body to aid in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath your chin, KYBELLA® destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under your chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
KYBELLA® may be right for you if:
- You’re bothered (unhappy, self-conscious, embarrassed) by fat under your chin, also known as submental fullness
- You feel the condition makes you look older or heavier than you actually are
- You don’t want to have surgery
- You eat well and exercise, but the submental fullness won’t go away
- Sculptra® is an FDA-approved injectable that helps gradually replace lost collagen—the most common protein in the body that is used to form a framework to support cells and tissue. Activate the skin’s natural regenerative process with this FDA-approved injectable. Sculptra Aesthetic can stimulate natural collagen growth and help restore facial volume and fullness over time.
